O grupo de investigação Arquitetura, Arte e Imagem (AAI) oferece a oportunidade a finalistas do curso do MIARQ ou finalistas Erasmus na FAUP que queiram desenvolver a sua tese de dissertação final com base num caso de estudo inserido no projeto VISUAL SPACES OF CHANGE (VSC) - financiamento FCT ref. AAC_02-SAICT-2017.
O finalista selecionado irá desenvolver uma dissertação em torno dum caso de estudo inserido no projeto de investigação VSC, com o objetivo de investigar dinâmicas emergentes de mudança na Área Metropolitana do Porto (AMP). A realização de uma dissertação inserida neste projeto tem como objetivo estimular o desenvolvimento de sentido crítico, criatividade e autonomia na investigação transdisciplinar em Arquitectura, Arte e Imagem, com ênfase na inovação através de processos de comunicação visual.
O trabalho de dissertação será orientado pelo Prof. Doutor Pedro Leão Neto, membro do grupo de investigação Arquitectura, Arte e Imagem, e em colaboração com a Cityscopio – Associação Cultural / Edições scopio. No final do período do estágio, o finalista terá de elaborar um relatório, a validar pelo supervisor.
Os candidatos serão seleccionados em função do mérito do Curriculum apresentado (formação académica e experiência internacional) e afinidade relativamente à área temática do trabalho proposto. Pretende-se que o candidato seja organizado e dinâmico, capaz de trabalhar em equipas interdisciplinares e cumprir responsabilidades em tempo útil.

- Possibilidade de colaborar com equipa do VSC, um projeto de investigação financiado pela FCT;

The Architecture, Art and Image research group (AAI) is offering to senior students and erasmus senior students of the MIARQ the opportunity to develop their final dissertation thesis based on a case study included in the research project VISUAL SPACES OF CHANGE (VSC) - FCT funding ref. AAC_02-SAICT-2017.
The selected senior student will develop a dissertation about a case study included in the research project VSC, with the objective to investigate the emergent dynamics of change in Porto’s Metropolitan Area (AMP). The completion of a dissertation included in this project has the objective of stimulating the development of the critical sense, creativity and autonomy in the transdisciplinary research in Architecture, Art and Image, emphasizing on inovation through processes of visual communication.
The dissertation work will be tutored by the Prof. PhD. Pedro Leão Neto, a member of the Architecture, Art and Image research group, and in cooperation with Cityscopio – Associação Cultural / scopio Editions. At the end of the internship period, the senior student will have to elaborate a final report, to be validated by the supervisor.
The candidates will be selected according to the merit of the Curriculum presented (academic training and international experience) and affinity in regard to the thematic area of the proposed dissertation. It is intended that the candidate is organized and dynamic, capable of working in interdisciplinary teams and follow responsabilities in due course.
